How do I access my member profile?

I forgot my member password, how do I access it?

From the “Forgot your Username or Password?” page on our website, enter the email address associated with your membership account in the ‘Username or Email’ field, then click ‘RESET PASSWORD’, and an email with a password reset link will be emailed to you shortly. If you did not receive the email, check your Spam/ Junk folder. If you continue to face issues with your login credentials, or need help finding your email or username, please email hessa@compostingcouncil.org for further assistance.

How do I get back to the COMPOST2023 Registration page after I am logged in?

Once you log in you should see your member portal and an announcement of COMPOST2023. Click there to continue your registration.

I am not a member yet but I want to join. Can I do this at the same time I register?

The best way to be sure you get your member discount is to FIRST sign up for membership (online at https://www.compostingcouncil.org/page/MemberJoin). Follow the steps to pick your industry and fill in your professional information. You will be prompted to pay by credit card at the end. Once your membership is paid and you log in to your account, you will automatically be offered ONLY the member price.

When does early bird registration end?

At midnight Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, November 1, 2022.

Can I register more than one person?

MEMBERS: This registration system will ONLY allow each member to register themselves once to receive Member pricing*. You will not be able to register multiple people under your member account login.

*Members who have Master accounts will not be able to log-in and register their attached sub-accounts. Your sub-account holders will need to log in separately using their own username and password, and finalize their registration under their own profiles. We recommend using this as an opportunity to update your contact information and Master/Sub account list.

NON-MEMBERS will be able to register multiple people, however you will need to register each individual separately.

I forgot to fill out my COMPOST2023 Attendee Information form after registering for the event, where can I find it?

Please click here to fill out the attendee information form: https://www.compostingcouncil.org/page/compost2023attendeeinformation
