COMPOST2020 Hotel Information
USCC has discounted hotel rates for Compost 2020 attendees and exhibitors. Make real-time reservations through our secure hotel booking website below, or contact our housing provider by phone, fax or email.
You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events, the official housing department of VIP Meetings & Conventions. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best hotel choice.
To secure rooms at the conference rate, reservations must be received by January 17, 2020 or before rooms are sold out (whichever comes first). After this date (or when the room block is sold out), reservations will be based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
How to Book your Hotel Reservation
So you can concentrate on your agenda instead of your itinerary, USCC offers many options to make booking your hotel quick and easy.
Use this option to make a new reservation or to modify of cancel an existing reservation.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Blocks of 10 rooms or more
Request a group block via the Online Exhibitor Group Block Request to book 10 or more rooms. You can also email a completed Hotel Reservation form to Orchid.Events via email at email@example.com or fax to (801) 355-0250.
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
Orchid.Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone; fax and mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations and Changes
Through January 17, 2020, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. After January 17, 2020, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
Your hotel may charge a one night’s room rate and tax cancellation penalty for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date.
