Full payment is due by December 15, 2015. If payment is not received by this date, booth space is subject to reassignment.

Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors: Cancellation notices must be made in writing. Refund of full fee, less $50 administrative fee, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received by Dec.15, 2015. The USCC will issue a 50% refund for cancellations made on or before Dec 31, 2015. No refunds can be issued after December 31, 2015.

Insurance: The Hotel is not responsible for property brought onto or stored on the Hotel’s premises by exhibitors, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain and maintain any insurance coverage on such property. Exhibitors must also abide by the hotel’s guidelines for use of convention space. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for the losses, damages or claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Booth may not be sublet. Sharing is permissible by up to two organizations, provided they are identified on the application.

Booths must be set up by 5 PM January 25. Tear-down may not begin until 3:30 PM, January 27.

Gilbert Exposition Management Services (GEMS) is the Exhibit Hall general services contractor. All additional services you require, including electricity, internet access, furnishings, accessories, additional tables, and labor to erect and dismantle your exhibit will be requested through them. You will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit from GEMS at least 90 days prior to the show. Exhibitors are encouraged to order all furnishings in advance to minimize delays and avoid additional costs during set-up.

Completion of this application for exhibit space indicates the applicant’s willingness to comply with all exhibit Terms and Conditions and general regulations, contained herein, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the exhibit, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This contract shall be considered binding upon verification to applicant that exhibit space has been assigned.
