REGISTRATION + BOOTH SERVICES

1) Complete your registration by filling out the exhibitor representatives form that can be found HERE after reading all of the information.

  • PLEASE READ this important info first: Exhibitors – Registering Your Reps! One person can handle registering all of the booth representatives at once.

  • Each exhibiting organization receives (2) complimentary conference passes, as well as (2) discounted conference passes. If you register more than (2) comp passes, we will adjust and invoice the difference.

  • If you have a doubled booth, you are allowed (4) additional reps to register at a discount. A 20×20 has (3) comps and (6) discounted passes, and the larger booths will be contacted by Emily Kahn. Sponsors! Please wait to register until you hear from Emily. Reach out to us if you have any questions.

SHIPPING

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Advance Freight Receiving Begins > December 27, 2021

    • Shipments can begin to arrive on December 27, 2021 to the GEMS warehouse (address below).

  • Final Date for Receiving Advanced Freight > January 20, 2022

    • The last day for freight to arrive without surcharges at the GEMS warehouse before the show is January 20th.

  • Freight to Site > January 23 + 24, 2022

    • Items cannot arrive at the ACC prior to move-in day, and it is advised that you are there to receive anything shipped to the ACC. Small items may be able to be shipped to your hotel for you to receive. It is of the utmost importance for all advanced freight to arrive at the GEMS warehouse between the dates listed above.

  • Marshalling Yard > Large equipment will be able to arrive at the offsite City of Austin Marshalling Yard before the show. Beth Fly will provide more information to all exhibitors bringing machinery to COMPOST2022 as soon as it is available.

SITE SCHEDULE

  • Move-in Day > January 24, 2022

    • Hall 1 & Hall 2 will open for all exhibitors at 6am-5pm for load in

  • Tradeshow Days >

    • January 24 : 6pm – 8pm

    • January 25 : 8am – 5pm

    • January 26 : 8am – 2:30pm

  • Load Out > 26 + 27 January

    • January 26: 2:30pm – 9pm exhibitor load out

    • January 27: 9am-4pm exhibitor load out

BOOTH INFORMATION

  • Each 10×10 booth includes:

    • 8’ dark blue back drape and 3’ side drape

    • Booth ID sign

    • Tuxedo carpeting

    • 6’ draped table

    • (2) chairs

    • Wastebasket

    • Included in website and mobile app directory

    • General ACC wifi

  • The following are handled by the Austin Convention Center:

    • Electrical
