Allison Lee Forstmann is the founder & CEO of ReCultivateNY, Inc., a women-led food waste repurposing business in New York. After 20 years of corporate experience in product development and brand strategy, Allison founded RecultivateNY to create on-site compost processes for farms, D.E.C. brownfields, corporate campuses, and more. Allison is the co-chair of the USCC Market Development Committee, a CCP (USCC Certified Compost Professional), and holds an “Executive Women in Leadership” certification from Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business, as well as “Systems in Sustainability” from Stanford University, School of Engineering.
